"Our life is shaped by our mind, for we become what we think."- Buddha. In this face-to-face professional development session, participants will learn what mindfulness is, how to practice mindfulness, and how to intentionally seek out moments to promote mindfulness in the classroom.

4.3 h. Provides children with time, space, trust, support, and guidance to assist them in finding their own solutions to social problems
