Check this box to grant this permission to a user who can add new modules to the course.

Remove Course Modules

Check this box to grant permission to a user who can remove modules from the course.

Unlink Referenced Modules

Check this box to grant permission to schedule and manage instances and/or to be added to the instructor list for the instance. At minimum this box must be checked.
