How to Complete Your Training Survey and View Your Training Certificate

Login to your registry account
On your dashboard, if you have a training that is now ready for you to complete the survey it will say Survey Required for Completion (please note that you will be unable to complete the survey until your instructor has completed their attendance, they have 5 business days to do so)
Click on the title of the training and then on this page you will see your Progress as being Attended and Completed and it will show Survey Required for Completion – click on this.
On this page you will need to scroll down to the bottom, and you’ll see a tab labeled Survey, you will need to click on this tab and then click on Enter Survey.
When you have completed all the questions make sure to click on Finish.
You will now be able to view your training certificate by clicking on Learning History and then on View Certificate.
