How to Complete Your Training Survey and View Your Training Certificate

Once you have completed a webinar or scheduled event, you won't have completed the course until you have filled out and submitted the course survey. Follow these steps to find and finish the survey:

  1. Log in to your registry account
  2.  Your course will say Survey Required for Completion (please note that you will be unable to complete the survey until your instructor has completed their attendance within five days of the webinar or scheduled event).
  3. Click on the title of the training, taking note of the course status "Attended and Completed".
  4. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the tab labeled "Survey". Then, click  Enter Survey.
  5. The Pre-Launch statement will inform you that you have 10 days from starting the survey to complete it. Click "Continue".
  6. When you have completed all the questions, click the Finish button.
  7. You will now be able to view your training certificate by clicking on Learning History and then on View Certificate.
